On November 20, the Korean Institute of Criminology invited Dr. Albin Eser, former Professor of University of Freiburg (Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult., M.C.J.) and held a lecture on "Adversarial versus Inquisitorial - on the search of the optimal legal procedure system" ("Adversatorisch" versus "inquisitorisch" - auf der Suche nach optimalen Verfahrensstrukturen).
