On March 13~17, Director Seong-Jin Yeon and Deputy Director Jea Hyen Soung of the International Strategic Research Center and Senior Research Fellow Young Sil Jeon attended the sixtieth session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND), which was held at the Vienna International Centre (VIC). CND meetings are held every year and includes two segments, Normative and Operative. KIC delegates participated in the Normative Segment which discusses the general policies on narcotic drugs.
