The Korean Institute of Criminology (KIC) will host a retirement ceremony of President Il-Su Kim on November 15, 2013. Since President Kim took the oath of office in 2010, he has devoted himself in the academic and research development of national and international criminal justice policy-making. After his retirement, President Kim plans on supporting the improvement of the national criminal law through his academic writings.
