The 7th Korean Institute of Criminology International Forum on ‘Challenges of Cybercrime as Opportunities: Prevention, Cooperation and Safety’ was held online from 2 to 3 December 2020 (KST). It aimed to facilitate debates among the academics and professionals in the field of cybercrime, providing an overview of cybercrime, cyber economic crime, cybersecurity and cybersex crime to bring policy suggestions. KIC’s President, Han, In-Sup, delivered the opening remarks and the keynote addresses were given by Markko Künnapu (Senior Legal Advisor of Ministry of Justice, Republic of Estonia) and Thomas J.Holt (Professor of Michigan State University). The conference was co-organized with the Korean Society of Criminology in America (KoSCA) and the American Society of Criminology Division of Cybercrime (ASCDC).
