The Korean Institute of Criminology (President In-Sup Han) invited Prof. Sang-Jo Jung from School of Law Seoul National University to the 'Second Wednesday Seminar’ under the theme of The era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the direction of legal policy' on April 21. At the meeting, Professor Jung delivered presentations on the usage of Big Data in legal service; data capitalism; Big Data copyright; reproduction for private use; criminal punishment and technology innovation; and the creation and plagiarism by AI. Participants were encouraged to exchange opinions on the direction of legal policy in the era of artificial intelligence.
