From November 11 to 15, 2019, KIC research fellows participated in 「2019 Taiwan Western Asia Forum on Regional Security and Transnational Crime (TWAF)」 biennially held by Investigation Bureau, Ministry of Justice of Taiwan(MJIB). This is the first time to be invited by MJIB to join the Forum and KIC participants shared the academic perspectives based on the main theme of ‘Regional Security and Transnational Crime’. Furthermore, KIC representatives officially visited National Taiwan University to discuss the progress of signing the MOU between two academic institutes. Prof. Wang, Hwang Yu and Prof. Sun, Nai Yi, College of Law warmly welcomed and had in-depth discussion on mutual exchange such as research collaboration and personnel interchange.
