The 13th International Symposium on Victimology Date: 23-28 July, 2009 Venue: Tokiwa University, Ibaraki, Japan Prof. Dr. Sang-ki Park, President of KIC and KIC researchers have participated in the 13th international symposium on victimology held in Tokiwa University in Japan from 23 to 28 July, 2009. All participants have discussed on various current issues under the main theme of 「Victimology and Human Security」. KIC participants have presented on the topics of 「Judicial Review on Prosecutorial Charge and Victim Protection」, 「Desirable Policy Directions to Protect Crime Victims」, 「The Victimization of the Juveniles: Findings from the Korean Juvenile Victimization Survey 2008」at the Parallel Session 8.
