The Korean Institute of Criminology (President In-Sup Han) held a Joint Academic Seminar with Korean Public Law Association under the theme of ‘Democratic Rechtsstaat and Criminal Justice Governance’ on April 30, 2021. The seminar was featured with an in-dept presentation and discussion on a new criminal justice governance and Constitutionalism; Heavy penalty system and Constitutionalism; Electronic supervision system and the principles of Rechtsstaat with experts from academia and practitioners.
