Asia-Pacific Networks against Crimes (APNAC)
The Asia-Pacific Networks against Crimes (APNAC) replaces the former Virtual Forum against Cybercrime (VFAC), an online cyber capacity building program developed and operated by KIC and UNODC from 2010 until 2020.
Realigned to meet changed and evolving criminal justice issues and policy priorities, APNAC serves as an open access directory of up-to-date information, research resources, and tools for the criminal justice research and policy community to address contemporary forms of transnational organized crime, chief among them being trafficking in persons and smuggling of migrants; drug trafficking; corruption; terrorism; and cybercrime.
It also intends to be a collaborative commons for academics in the Asia-Pacific region to develop new and innovative ideas and opportunities for research in excellence.

APNAC is comprised of two programs : (1) the Asia-Pacific Expert Conference for Criminal Justice (APECCJ) and (2) the Asia-Pacific Research for Criminal Justice (APRCJ).
APECCJ is a platform for criminal justice professionals to engage in policy discussions on pressing issues in crime and justice through annual conferences and small-group meetings. APRCJ is a virtual place for researchers and academics based in the Asia-Pacific region to collaborate, research, and publish in-depth and original research on annually changing themes.
