This report is written by Mr. Inshik Sim, a researcher of the Korean Institute of Criminology (KIC). In March 2012, Mr. Inshik Sim was seconded to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Centre for EastAsia and the Pacific (UNODC RCEAP) to support the implementation of the Towards AsiaJust Programme (TAJ).
